Hawaii Tsunami
A tsunami is hundreds of waves,also called a wave train, that can reach over one hundred feet, crashing onto land. Causing major damage, these waves can kill. Tsunami’s are usually caused by earthquakes, but can also be caused by underwater landslides or volcanic eruptions. Erosion may cause some of the underwater land slides. Erosion is a big part in tsunamis.
Though Hawaii is a vacation "hot spot", so to speak, it can be very dangerous. So make sure to watch the weather before you book a on way trip to Hawaii.

Facts: There has been some damage from the Tsunami in Japan 2010. Waves crashed on the shore and did some damage. Though the waves did damage the people did not have to evacuate.
